We currently ship to locations within South Africa. International destinations will be added soon. If you are located outside of our shipping zones, please contact our customer service team to inquire about potential shipping options.2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
- Customs Processing: For international orders, additional customs processing time may apply, which is beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over R500.00 within South Africa.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Restricted Areas: We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted areas. If this affects your order, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
- Some areas like farmland, plots, some townships, embassy or over boarder may attract an additional shipping fee.
- Missing Items: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the damage and photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
